4. TIME to call 911

Please turn in the following form by September 14, to sign up for Parent/Teacher Conference which will be held on October 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 29, 30, and 31; November 1 and 2, 2018. Only one form needs to be turned in per family as we will try to schedule the whole family in one day. The first conference begins at 12:40 pm and conferences are scheduled for 25 minutes. Your child will be included in the conference, so please bring your child to your scheduled conference.
On all ten of these dates, students will be dismissed at 12:30 pm. Lunch will be served and Kama'aina Kids A-plus after school care will adjust their schedules for this. If your child does not attend this program, please make arrangements for care for your child as they should not be waiting for long for someone to pick him/her up.
